easy cheeseball

1 pkg cream cheese
1 packet ranch dip mix/ or ranch dressing mix
1 cup of graded cheese of your choice

soften cream cheese, mix in part of ranch packt to taste, then mix in most of the cheese. shape into a ball, roll in left over cheese, and chill. serve with your favorite crackers.
