fred's famous cookies

everyone loves these cookies, maybe not as much as fred, but they love em!

1 c butter softened
1 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 c wheat flour
2 1/2 c oats
1 package chocolate chips
*cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and eggs, then salt, soda, and powder until combined, add flour. stir in oats and chips by hand.
bake at 350 for 11 minutes
