
1/8 tsp almond extract
1 cup boiling water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 9 inch pie crust-bakend and cooled or graham cracker(my favorite)
2-3 cups fresh peaces
whipped cream
dissolve jello in water. add ice cream and stir until melted. add peaces and almond extract. pour into pie shell. chill until cooled and firm. top with whipped cream and serve.
