cut the ends and wash potatoes, then boil in salted water until tender. hard boil eggs. dice green onions-the amounts sort of depend on how much you want to make.
dice potatoes and eggs when cool enough to handle and mix with green onions
dressing
1/2 cup miracle whip
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vinegar
1 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
dash dry mustard
mix into salad and cool until ready to serve.
