2 cups milk
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 TBS sugar (optional)
dash of salt
mix all together, be sure to have no lumps. grease a hot, smooth frying pan with butter. pour the pancake mix in pan and rotate until the bottom of the pan is completely covered. when batter turns dull, flop and cook the other side.
eat rolled up with fresh fruit inside like strawberries or peaches. can top with whipped cream too if you like that kind of thing.
