
1 pint apricot puree (or nectarines)
2 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tsp slat
2 tsp soda (dissolved in hot water)
bake for 40 minutes 350
frosting
1/2 c butter
1/4 c milk
1 cup brown sugar
melt, boil for 2 minutes, let cool
then add 1 3/4 c powder sugar, 1 tsp vanilla
