sage roasted squash and potatoes

this dish is really just one of the steps to making butternut squash sauce, you just eat it before you sauce it. i got the idea from becca yesterday and had to make it today. super delicious. 1 cubed buttternut squash (bec cubed other squash and a sweet potato) i cubed 2 red potatoes. toss with some olive oil, coarse salt, pepper, and sage bake at 375 until tender, about 30 minutes
